Since 1984, Yantai Best Furnace Tube Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CNCEC (China National Chemical Engineering Corporation - since 1958), has been specializing in the R&D and manufacturing heat-resistant alloy and high-temperature austenitic alloys products for Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Metallurgy and Defense Industries. The products covers cracking furnace tubes, reformer tubes, high-temperature resistant heating block used in walking beam furnace, radiation tubes, furnace rollers, heat resistant pipe fittings and other customized products.

Our R&D team led by academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Dr. Wang. This team integrates material experts from renowned universities: doctoral supervisors from Harbin Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, and Changchun University of Technology. Their combined expertise has enabled us to achieve remarkable R&D capabilities, resulting in a series of patents registered in China and Europe.

With more than 200 employees, our production process includes investment casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting production lines which equipped with induction argon furnaces, med-frequency induction furnaces, centrifugal casting machines, and automatic welding M/C, etc., ensure that our total capacity reaches 6000+ tons/year.

Our in-house laboratory is fully equipped with advanced testing instruments, such as direct-reading spectrometers, RT and ET tensile, creep and combined stress rupture testing machines, metallographic microscopes, impact and hardness testers, as well as non-destructive testing equipment including EDT, UT, LPT(red) and RT (X-ray). Moreover, we have obtained management system certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001, further validating our commitment to quality and environmental sustainability.
