Ethylene Cracking Tube
Ethylene cracking tubes are core components of steam cracking furnaces. Their using purpose is to provide an accurately controlled reaction tunnel for a mixture of hydrocarbon feedstock and steam under an extreme environment exceeding 1000℃.
Eventually, the feedstock converts into high-value olefin products like ethylene and propylene. These basic olefins are the cornerstone of the modern chemical industry, used in the production of various plastics, synthetic rubbers, and synthetic fibers.

Product Overview
We ensure the performance reliability of our cracking tubes through our comprehensive quality management:
●Material Engineering: Tubes are produced with advanced alloys like 35Cr-45Ni for its superior carburization resistance and high creep rupture strength in the extreme environment of ethylene cracking tubes.
●Raw Material Control: We exclusively use 100% new raw materials. The chemical composition of every batch is verified by SPECTRO analysis.
●Production & Testing: Our quality assurance includes on-site supervision during production and 100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on every finished tube.

Recommended Materials
●35Cr-45Ni: Conforming to EN GX40NiCrNbSiTi45-35 (Similar Grade);
●25Cr-35Ni (Common Grade: HP-Nb): Conforming to EN 1.4852;
●25Cr-20Ni (Common Grade:HK40): Conforming to ASTM A608 HK40.
