Yantai Best Furnace Tube Co.,Ltd. Confirms Smooth Progress of Reformer Tube Installation at Zibo Xintai Petrochemical Industrial Park
On April 16,2025, we conducted a site visit and confirmed that the installation of the reformer tubes for the new project of Zibo Xintai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. is proceeding well.The project,located in the Zibo Xintai Petrochemical Chemical Park, is on schedule and meets all technical specifications.
Zibo Xintai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. is recognized as a major private enterprise within China’s petrochemical industry.It ranks among China’s Top 100 private petrochemical companies and Top 500 private manufacturers.
In this new heater furnace, the reformer tubes are installed in a high-temperature heating furnace. They are filled with catalysts and operate at a temperature of 500-950℃ to promote the reaction between natural gas and steam for hydrogen production, a crucial raw material for downstream petrochemical processes.Once in operation,these tubes are expected to ensure the heater furnace’s long-term reliability and achieve its thermal efficiency goals.
