  GH4090 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation-hardened wrought high-temperature alloy with a maximum service temperature of up to 920°C. The alloy exhibits high tensile strength and creep resistance in the temperature range of 815°C to 870°C, as well as good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has high fatigue strength under alternating hot and cold conditions. The alloy has good machinability and weldability. It is suitable for manufacturing components such as turbine disks, blades, high-temperature fasteners, clamps, seals, and elastic elements in aero-turbine engines. The main products include hot-rolled bars, cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled sheets, strips, and cold-drawn wires.
